Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Goods4Cars, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To review your request, we may require:

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

Once the issue is confirmed, Goods4Cars may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • products that have been used or opened

  • normal wear or misuse of the product

4. Delivery Issues

Goods4Cars is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, locker systems, or circumstances outside our control.

If a parcel is delivered to the correct locker or delivery location provided by the customer but is not collected, Goods4Cars is not responsible for the loss of the item.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Policy Changes

Goods4Cars reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
