Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders placed through the Goods4Cars website are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed during standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Method
Goods4Cars currently ships orders using PUDO, a secure locker-to-locker delivery network available across South Africa.
Customers are required to select or provide the name of their preferred PUDO locker during checkout. Orders will be shipped to the locker specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
Once the parcel has been delivered to the selected locker, the courier service will send an SMS notification containing a collection PIN which allows the customer to open the locker and collect the parcel.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors including:

courier schedules
-
customer location

unforeseen logistical delays
Goods4Cars cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including:

full name

valid mobile phone number

correct locker selection
The phone number provided must be valid, as the courier service uses this number to send the locker collection PIN.
Goods4Cars is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Parcel Collection
Once a parcel has been delivered to the selected PUDO locker, the customer will receive an SMS containing a unique collection PIN.
Parcels must be collected within the timeframe specified by the courier service.
Failure to collect a parcel within the allowed timeframe may result in the parcel being returned to the courier depot.
6. Locker Selection and Collection Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct locker location during checkout.
Goods4Cars is not responsible for:

incorrect locker selections made by the customer

failure to collect parcels from lockers
-
parcels returned due to non-collection
If a parcel is returned due to failure to collect, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
7. Delivery Delays
Goods4Cars is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, locker system issues, weather conditions, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates provided are estimates only.
8. Lost or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed delivered to the correct locker selected by the customer, Goods4Cars cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not collected or reported missing after delivery confirmation.
Customers must contact us promptly if they experience any issues with parcel collection.
9. Shipping Policy Updates
Goods4Cars reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
