Goods4Cars is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, locker networks, customs delays, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, delivery responsibility is transferred to the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence where requested.
